What it does
When Evasion Attack occurs, it gives buff that doubles the damage of Dagger Skill Tree once. After this effect is used, this skill will enter a cooldown. During cooldown, you cannot use this effect Cooldown = (30 - Lvl) seconds
NOTES
Skill that doesn't consume MP Cost(include combo tags) will not receive this skill effect and will not waste/use this effect
