40 seconds. Gives aggro reduction buff by -(10 + Skill Level)% Aggro. However if you have Hunter Bowgun regardless level and you're using main bowgun with any sub weapon other than arrow, then you will gain additional aggro reduction buff furthermore by -(5 + 0.5 * Skill Level)% Aggro.
Note
they are additively with other aggro% from eq, food, ava, etc.. Gives crit rate buff by +(Skill Level). When you get targeted during this buff, then you will automatically cast Decoy and this buff will end immediately.

must learn Decoy or otherwise it won’t work, also its effect based on Decoy’s level.,
