What it does

On the main target, generates 1000 Aggro per second of cast time[aggro based on 1MP = 10Aggro], then generates the remaining aggro on hit. Works normally on other targets. Cspd can reduce that aggro cast time. Within 1k cspd, every 20 cspd = 1% aggro reduction, and after 1k cspd, every 180 cspd = 1% aggro reduction. Just like how cast time with cspd calculation.. Cast Speed can slightly reduce casting time (maximum of 1 second reduction at 10k CSPD). So Magic: Finale
