Cannot change ele on the skill that has fixed ele e.g. impact neutral.. Using this Auto-cast Skill is count as using skill with bh sub-md, this mean auto-cast skill can only enjoy sub md bonus effect[even you as staff-md] and completely ignore ohs cr penalty on Punish Ray buff as ohs-md..
