What it does
This skill will teleport you 8 meters away based on your movement pad input, Has fixed cast time of 3 seconds but will be removed instantly upon teleporting; basically this is more like to represent the amount of time you’re still allowed to teleport rather than anything, Unaffected by other motion speed modifier (including Swift combo tag), instead has its own motion speed modifier of +(5 * SkillLv)%, This skill can give M.Cannon Charge by (40 * Cast Time Reduction). Cast Time Reduction = First 1000 cspd, every 20 cspd = 1% reduction then the next 1k cspd, every 180 cspd = 1% reduction
