Gains one Fantasy Song stack every 11 - Skill Level/2 seconds (Max 9 stacks). MP Recovery Amount: 100 MP * Fantasy Song Stack Consumed -Using any skills (no basic attack) will restore your MP by consuming stacks until your MP is full and save up the excess as stacks; this also pays respect to the Quick Draw MP increment and will conserve a stack if Quick Draw is activated.
