This glowing effect lasts until you use auto attack or attacking skills. Additionally, performing katana dash also can reduce glowing charge time by 1 second. So at Level 10, after you do katana dash, you will get this passive effect instantly., Glowing effect: Replace your total Shukuchi Auto Attack’s Skill Multiplier into (400% auto attack’s Multiplier). And its constant increased as your hp decreases = (1000 * (100% - Current HP%)). This Nukiuchi Auto’s Attack Multiplier can be stacked additively with Kairiki, Berserk, etc. Meanwhile, Enhanced katana auto attack simply doubles Nukiuchi’s auto attack total damage., Also, this glowing effect can turn Pulse Blade into Swift Pulse Blade. That can multiply Pulse Blade damage by 5x than normal. No pulse damage changes with different HP. Do note that Swift Pulse Blade doesn’t inflict prorate.,
