Delivers a heavy blow to the top of the head with a staff. Performs a physical attack to the target. Chance to inflict [Dizzy]. Each successful hit increases the power and may inflict [Stun] on the target. The effect resets upon inflicting [Stun].

What it does

Each time you use this skill, you get Skull Shaker Stack up to 10 stacks. The stack affects all of your party members.. If Skull Shaker damage is not Graze, you can cancel the skill motion with Evasion.
