What it does

AOE Attack skill that hits twice. Ends Dual Shield buff upon using this skill.. This skill damage is affected by SRD/LRD depend distance, but unaffected by Long Range passive, When heavy armor is equipped, Each hit will apply one stack of all debuffs below. If this skill lands 2 hits, then its debuff effect will be doubled[in other word, 2 stacks]. Max stack of this skill enemy can take is up to 2 only. De

15 seconds(refreshable),1 stack icon = ; 2 stack icon = • If enemy have this debuff and have crit resistance, then Reduce that enemy’s Crit Resistance by flat (Skill Level * stack) until that enemy has ZERO crit resistance. In another word, this cres debuff won’t make from cres to go under 0 at all aka. won’t go negative cres and no cr bonus against non-cres enemies. So, Actual Cres debuff formula = IF(Cres > 0; MIN[Cres ; Skill Level * stack]; 0) flat cres reduction. • Your or allies' attack to the enemy in immobile state during debuff, will have its increased damage dealt by +(0.5 * Skill Level * stack)%. This damage dealt effect is calculated additively with Brave Aura and others said effect. • Also, when you or allies auto attack the enemy in immobile state during debuff, then that auto attack will gain more AMPR by +(2 * Skill Level * stack)

Note

This skill can apply debuff even when this skill misses or gets evaded, however it seems like this skill cannot apply debuff twice(just debuff once as only one of two hits can reach) if this skill doesn’t reach the target at all especially when the target dash or moves away very quickly.
