What it does

Uses (30 - 2 * Skill Level)% of your MaxHP to make you gain 100MP. - Reduces any Damage Taken by 50% - Gives Ailment Resistance by (Skill Level * Skill Level)%. This stacks with Ailres% from MTL stats and equipment - You cannot use this skill if you don’t have enough HP.
