Passive Effect

Increase your CSPD% by (Floor[Skill Level * 1.5] + (Total Wizard Skills Learned - 1) * Floor[Skill Level/2]). Increase your +CSPD by (Skill Level * Total Wizard Skills points). Decrease ATK% by -(Ceiling[50 - 2.5 * Skill Level])%. ATK% formula kinda weird as your char level up??? Also, This ATK% debuff doesn’t affect Wizard ATK value, so Wizard ATK still uses Total ATK without this skill ATK% debuff.
