Buff

Add INT Staff/Main MD bonus on your DTE% of all element(even damage to neutral) by +(Skill Level)%. Decrease your CSPD by -1000 regardless level,1% MaxHP cost everytime you cast skill that need you chant time(with exceptional, Magic: Javelin/Bless still cost hp upon use during this buff)

Buff Duration

90 seconds or until you get "Silenced"

Note

You can still use this skill during silence debuff. (just don't get silence again or else bye bye this skill buff) - When you have 1 Current HP during this skill buff, then using any skill that need chant time still doesn't end this skill buff, and also didn't cost your HP as well.. - This skill's motion speed is always set to +50%.
