Chromatic Transmutation

Check the Spina cost and displayed success rate before using your gemstones.

Plan a recipe

One main gemstone is required. Count each filled sub slot, up to four. This planner covers equipment recipes without a Magic Hammer or Sage’s Stone.

Chromatic Transmutation Lv 1 lowers the cost by 0% from Lv 1.

On failure, the game says all Spina is returned, but the gemstones used may be lost.

How these numbers work

Displayed success = the whole-number part of (100 + 10 × the sum of all four skill levels) ÷ (1 + additional gemstones), capped at 100%.

The price uses Transmutation for additional gear, Codex for body armor, and Codex II for weapons. Each level after Lv 1 reduces the base price by 10%, down to 10% of the base at Lv 10. Codex III affects success, not price.

This planner estimates cost and displayed success rate, not the final color, gemstone losses or bonus rewards.

Before you craft

  1. Learn Chromatic Transmutation, then choose the equipment you want. Chromatic Codex unlocks body armor; Chromatic Codex II unlocks weapons.
  2. Choose a main gemstone from the Eternal Maze: Ruby, Garnet, Aquamarine, Sapphire, Zircon, Topaz, Emerald, Onyx, Tourmaline, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Beryl, Red Agate, Lapis Lazuli, Peridot, Citrine.
  3. Add up to four sub gemstones if needed. Colored gemstones and Obsidian, Diamond, Pearl, Sunstone, Moonstone affect the available palette. Each occupied slot also changes the success rate. Check the game’s color preview before spending materials.
  4. Choosing a particular weapon type or color part can greatly increase the price. Compare the equipment options above before confirming in the game.
Magic Hammers and Sage’s Stone

Magic Hammer, Super Magic Hammer, and Hyper Magic Hammer use special sub-slot rules and are not included in this planner. Their displayed equipment success rate becomes 0%, which does not establish the odds of any special outcome.

Sage’s Stone uses a separate recipe with 1–10,000 Metal Points. The game describes turning metal into Spina and displays 100% with a warning that the result may differ from expectations. A payout formula is not verified here.
